New TDS frequency for Nursing Tasks Only

A new TDS frequency has been built for nursing tasks that are required to drop once on each shift. Standard times for these tasks are now 0800hrs, 1400hrs and 2200hrs.

This removes the duplication of tasks on the PM shift (currently dropping at 1400hrs and 2000hrs) and means that a task now also drops for the Night shift (at 2200hrs).

• IPOC tasks have been updated automatically to the new frequency:

• When you place any additional patient care orders that need to drop at 0800hrs, 1400hrs and 2200hrs you will need to select the TDS – Nursing Tasks Only option from the Frequency dropdown list…

Sign the order as normal and the tasks will drop on the Care Compass and Activities and Interventions pages at the correct times.
