He spearheaded the successful implementation of a groundbreaking eConsent program in his role prior to arriving at Western Health, expanding its reach to over 15,000 patients across NSW and onboarding over 500 users.

Driven by a passion for healthcare accessibility and a background in Lean thinking, Richard has spearheaded business transformations and optimisations, earning accolades from health service organisations.

When not preoccupied with streamlining healthcare processes, Richard can be found tirelessly pursuing his elusive single-digit golf handicap. With each swing, he strives to conquer the course, much like he conquers challenges in the digital health realm.
