Lily Liu
Director, Digital Health (EMR Phase 2 Program Director)
Lily has extensive experience in the health informatics field in both large public and private sectors across Australia and internationally. As a proponent for the importance of communication and engagement, Lily has been on a member of a number of Boards and Committees in the not-for-profit sector.
Lily joined Western Health prior to the implementation of EMR Phase 1, and continued to lend her expertise to the planning and successful roll out of the EMR Phase 2.1 functionality in 2023. With further Digital Health expansion on the horizon at Western Health, including Bacchus Marsh Melton and the New Footscray Hospital, Lily continues to look at innovative ways to enhance the clinical experience.
As a passionate advocate for technology in the clinical space, Lily is currently the Vice Chair of the Victorian Branch Committee at the Australasian Institute of Digital Health, is a sessional tutor for the Master of Digital Health program at Latrobe University, and regularly presents at events and conferences on the benefits and growth of Digital Health at Western Health.
