Remember that in order to register as a Super User for EMR Phase 2.1, you need to complete this short online form. (Please use Microsoft Edge or Chrome to open this form)

Wishing everyone a very happy and restful festive season and looking forward to working with you during a very exciting 2023!

  • Super User recruitment update

You will have noticed lots of talk about Super Users during November as we officially launched the EMR Phase 2.1 Super User recruitment campaign.

We now have over 200 Super Users from across the EMR sites, which is a great start. We need your help to increase this number and ensure that all Western Health staff have the support they need as we get ready for Go-Live. Please talk to your colleagues and encourage them to join up!

Here’s why one of our new Super Users joined up:

“When the first stage of EMR was implemented, I was still finding my feet as a midwife and was so grateful to the super users for their knowledge and support. I’m looking forward to EMR 2.1 improving communication across different areas (and hopefully bringing an end to the aimless searches for missing folders!). I’m looking forward to being a super user so I can help fellow midwives navigate these changes.”
