Digital Health Support During the Festive Season

Healthcare doesn’t stop for the festive season, and neither does Digital Health support. We continue to work alongside teams across Western Health to ensure critical applications and systems run smoothly.  

Key Support Information 

  • The Western Health Service Desk is the first point of contact for all IT and clinical application support. Call 8345 6777 or log a support request online. 
  • For after-hours support, urgent issues can be escalated via the Clinical Hospital Coordinator, as outlined in the Business Continuity Plan. 
  • EMR Optimisation Groups remain available in 2025 as the forum for discussing improvements and enhancements.
