Western Health will become a designated mental health service from 1st July 2023.

This will involve the transition of staff from Royal Melbourne Hospital’s North West Mental Health (NWMH) to Western Health, as well as a number of services previously provided by Mercy Health.

A team from Digital Health has been working to ensure a smooth transition for these staff and services to Western Health systems.
