This is the calculation of the weight change from the commencement of chemotherapy throughout the treatment cycle.

If there is a +/- 10% difference in weight, it will flag this change by populating the weight change field with a red exclamation point (!) and nursing staff need to verbally inform the CDU Registrar and CDU Pharmacist.
