There has been a recent enhancement to the EMR, with Case Conferencing documentation now available as multi-contributor.

This means that multiple clinicians can add information to the “Conference Summary” component of the Case Conference/Discharge Planning MPage.

When you save your documentation it will display on other clinicians’ Conference Summary and all individual documentation will pull through to the “Case Conference Note”.

This also means that individual clinicians can document their update for Case Conference/Discharge Planning meetings rather than relying on an individual scribe in real time during the meeting.
