An enhanced “Behaviours of Concern” (BOC) IPOC has replaced the “Behavioural Management” IPOC to assist with the management of patient behaviours whilst supporting staff with recommended personal safety strategies. 

The new IPOC better aligns with BOC scores to support more proactive interventions to mitigate the risks of violence.  The IPOC also lists specialist services that patients can be referred to (based on diagnosis) to support staff with advice regarding behaviour management.

The BOC IPOC will be automatically suggested based on the Risk Assessment BOC score.
