EMR planned interruption – 24th January 2023
On Tuesday evening 24th January, Western Health will be performing necessary maintenance on our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) servers, resulting in certain applications switching servers.
During this time, some slight interruptions (seconds only) may be experienced.

| 24th January 2023 | 8:00pm – 9:30pm | End users may see slight freezing within certain applications for a few seconds during the failovers and can re-perform the actions if there are any issues |
There will be an on-call EMR team member monitoring the system for any issues during and after the interruption.
