As preparations for the EMR Phase 2.1 Go-Live increase, the Digital Health team will soon be visiting Western Health’s EMR sites to provide staff with training and support information. 

The team has liaised with NUM’s, MUM’s and unit heads to schedule Ward Walkarounds between 13th – 17th and 20th – 24th February at a suitable time for each area.  

This will give staff a chance to learn about the upcoming EMR training opportunities, seek assistance with signing up to WeLearn and Super User training, or ask questions about the upcoming EMR Phase 2.1 implementation.

The ward walkarounds were an invaluable training and communications tool during EMR Phase 1, and the Digital Health team are looking forward to engaging further with staff in the build-up to the EMR Phase 2.1 Go-Live.
