An EMR Phase 2.1 Patient information flier is available in the Patient Information Centres and at main reception desks across the EMR sites. An information postcard has been produced in a number of languages and is being distributed to our patients by a Patient Communication Team during the Go-Live period. This postcard explains the extra activity taking place in our clinical spaces during the Go-Live.
