EMR Code Upgrade 8pm 28th November 2023

From 8:00pm Tuesday 28th November until 5:00am Wednesday 29th November there will be a major code upgrade package uploaded to the EMR.

This will ensure the EMR system at Western Health has the latest and most secure code level so we can continue to effectively optimise the system and ensure the platform remains stable.

There will be no downtime required to the EMR, there will however be some interruptions as listed in the table below.

Digital Health team members will be available to assist end users in the Footscray and Sunshine Hospital Emergency Departments during the messaging outage, and Digital Health Operations team members will be onsite throughout the entire upgrade period to actively monitor the system and support end users should there be any performance issues.
