A new change in the EMR will see discipline specific student roles for Allied Health removed, moving to just one generic Allied Health student role that can be customised to each discipline’s referrals and documentation.

That means Allied Health students will now have the one Allied Health-Student position within EMR, and also that students will have a slightly different set up to supervisors.

• On first logging in, students will need to select the disciplines referral and review orders from a pick list on their Multi Patient Task List- this is completed once only

• They will need to select their disciplines forms to select the appropriate powerform in Ad Hoc Charting
