EMR and Welch Allyn

The EMR technical team are working closely with Welch Allyn and the Victorian Department of Health & Human Services to resolve some intermittent issues with the Welch Allyn machines transmission of clinical observations to the EMR.

If you are having issues when using the Welch Allyn machines to send clinical observations to the EMR, please log a job with the Western Health Service Desk as it is important that we capture the extent and detail of these issues.  The Western Health Service Desk can be contacted as follows:

It is important to please continue to keep trying to use the Welch Allyn machines as this will further assist the work of the EMR technical team.
