It will not be possible to provide the continuity of care dialysis patients require with the EMR Phase 2.1 functionality.
The Oracle Cerner Patient Administration System (PAS) will be implemented as part of EMR Phase 2.2 to replace iPM and will provide the functionality to ensure care plans and prescribed medications are available for care of our dialysis patients across episodes of care.
