EMR Phase 2.1 went live across Footscray, Sunshine (including Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s), Williamstown and Sunbury Hospital in July and August 2023. Some more components of the EMR project will be rolled out in the coming months, including further Maternity functionality, Patient Portal and EMR Mobile Apps.

Yes. EMR support calls will go through to the main Service Desk.  Service Desk hours are 7am-10pm weekdays and 7am-4pm weekends and Public Holidays.
