Nirmatrelvir+Ritonavir (PAXLOVID) oral treatment  is available for ordering via the COVID-19 Treatments (Adult): Mild Disease Orderset.

This new combination medication comes as a blister pack of two separate doses.

There are two dose strengths:

For patients receiving the standard dose:

For patients receiving the renal altered dose (patients with moderate renal impairment):
